I have been dreaming shooting a Wedding in Mozambique for years!
We have been going to Tofo - Mozambique on holiday for many years and this magical place became our second home. By now if you follow my blog, you will know that I am a firm believer in fate!! Deep down I knew that one day the stars will align and the opportunity will present itself! And so it did!
I was over the moon and was so excited to meet this wonderful person.
As expected, it felt as if we have known each other for years!!! Abilio & Mayra's wedding day was an unbelievable experience for many reasons! The setting was surreal, the people was magnificent and the energy was mind blowing!
I think what was most fascinating for me was experiencing the Portuguese culture in all its glory!! What an amazing bunch of people. The warmth and trueness of the ties between family and friends was absolutely delightful to watch and document!
It was for sure one of the most sincere and wonderful weddings that I have ever photographed!!!
Abilio & Mayra, thank you with all my heart for choosing me to be your destination wedding photographer in Mozambique. You guys made me realise that there is really hope out there, your honest love for one another was evident and I know that your journey as husband and wife will be magical!!!
